About
Who is All Ears
All Ears is a family-run practice led by Karen and Van — partners in life and work who share a deep commitment to creating a non-judgmental, neuro-affirming space. As two people who identify as neurodivergent, we understand how important it is to be met with openness, curiosity, and without assumptions.

We created All Ears as a welcoming space where kids, teens, and adults can feel safe, seen, and supported — exactly as you are. As qualified counsellors with lived experience, we understand that seeking support takes courage. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress and anxiety, navigating relationships and family dynamics, working through difficult times, questioning your path forward, or simply need a safe space to be heard, we're here to walk alongside you at your pace, honouring your story and your strengths.

We offer therapy online or in person — either in our Kenmore suite or as a walk-and-talk session along the river at a peaceful nearby park. This calming outdoor space invites movement, connection, and a grounded therapeutic experience.
What to Expect
First session: getting to know you.

We understand that reaching out can take courage. In your first session, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. It’s simply a starting point — a gentle conversation where we begin to understand what’s important to you and how we can support you.

We’ll take the time to get to know you — not just the challenges, but what matters to you, what’s felt supportive in the past, and how you’d like things to feel moving forward. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in trust.
01.
(18 and over)
A space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. You bring the lived experience — we bring support, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and move toward meaningful change, in a way that feels right for you.

Young people face big emotions and growing pressures. We offer a supportive space where young people feel heard, respected, and safe to be themselves. Through trust and gentle guidance, they build confidence, resilience, and a clearer sense of who they are.
03.

Children experience big feelings and new challenges as they grow. We offer a calm, supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and safe to express themselves in their own way. Through trust, play-based exploration, and gentle guidance, they begin to build confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of themselves.
