Our Fees
$150 | (50 minutes)
For clients aged 17 and under, our initial consultation is a gentle introduction to the counselling process and a chance for us to begin getting to know you and your child. The session is divided into two parts: 15 minutes with the parent or caregiver, and 35 minutes with the child/teen. This helps us understand each perspective and create a supportive plan together.
For clients aged 18 and over, the full 50 minutes is spent one-to-one, giving space to explore your needs at your own pace.
Ongoing Consultation
$150 I (50 minutes)
Growth isn’t a one-time event. In our ongoing sessions, we build on the foundations laid in your first visit. For children and teens, this means fostering a sense of autonomy and safety as they build new skills.
For our adult clients, it’s about having a reliable space to untangle life’s complexities and move toward a more balanced, empowered version of yourself.
